Camera or game problem

Hello. I have a problem with camera. I was looking of forum, for the same problem but I didin't find any. So, the problem is that I see the building at an angle. I tried every type of camera and this problem is still. I dont see horizontal, this is the problem. I will upload screens so you will know what I mean. I am not native English, so I cant describe this very well, but when you see this, you will understand.
