Buildings sloping.

When placing buildings using either stairs or foundations, there is a chance that buildings will lean in accordance to the slope, rather than lock their tilt. The result of this is a building constantly on an angle. Pressing o to unlock the piece from gravity and then pressing it again does not appear to fix the issue.
