You enhanced audio option still sounds like buzzing mosquitoes but not when you don't have it checked.

I have the same bug 
I have this issue with MANY of the blocks. Cannot place large round floors with large walls, left facing round stairs do not fit in round walls, round wall ledges do not work whatsoever and some floors cannot be placed next to doors
