Basic Rope recipe in crafting table - bug or feature?

Hey there.
When I did the Strings attached quest, I needed some basic rope, so I looked in my spinning wheel and was confused because the recipe wasn't there, and was kinda cross cause I thought I had to use the inefficient 5 Flax recipe in my personal crafting. It took me a while to find out that it's now crafted in the workbench.
The tearable rope recipe is still in the spinning wheel. So for consistency, I think both should be in the same crafting station.
