1.192.1 - Wheel sounds won't stop

When I have my rovers parked in my base, the wheel sounds are constant. I can get in them and it'll stop but as soon as I leave the rover, the sounds come back. I can also raise the rovers off the ground and the sound will also stop.
Seems I put this in ME when it's supposed to go in SE. Can't figure out how to move it.
