Placing block crashes game

When placing a block under the following conditions, the game will crash to desktop and submit a bug report - many of these sent to date.
- If a player places a block in region2, attached to a structure in reigon1
- If a player places more than 8 blocks without building any of them
- If a player gets hit by a barberian whilst placing a block
