Mod UI opening makes loading infinite.

When I open my mods UI (sorry if I didn't type it right) and enable some mods, refressing and mod update checking takes forever and need to restart game. Also the game from some reason makes a crash report when closing without crash. And also for me my main menu background becomes dark black.
I have the same bug You can't vote. Please authorize!
