Character cannot walk through 7 small grid blocks high spaces

After the new update, the character is unable to walk under spaces that are lower than 8 small blocks high. You can still crouch under them to pass. This is clearly a bug, as the model itself shows it would be perfectly fine to walk under them. Specially messes up many of my ships.
