[Block Request] Pallet Decorative Block (Full and Empty)

If there is ever another Decorative Blocks Pack, I would like to see some cargo pallets (either full, empty, partial, or any mix). A pallet would work well with other DLC's including the other Decorative Blocks, Style, and Heavy Industry packs.
Pallets would add a busier and fast pace looking atmosphere for many builds including station/ship cargo holds, hangar bays, and external docks/ramps. If introduced, a decorative pallet jack would also make sense to be implemented as well.
'Feeling lonely? Here are some pallets to place around your work area! Not so lonely now, right? Look busy everyone, we'll be arriving shortly!'
