Choosing a Quest

Hi, I'm new to the game and I hve reaaly weird bug. After I complited tutorial I cant choose new quests from the "available section". When I double click the research category I get the window with my completed quest on the right and with quest whick I should start on the left but when I ckick these available quests nothing happens. I attahed a file where it hows how my research window looks like called research.png. Also when I double click on the research category the quest which gets under my mouse at the moment of opening the reaserch window highlightes but I still cannot choose it. I attached the file called quest.png.
I have the same bug
