Esc key take 30+ seconds to go to menu

Need More Information

If I press escape to goes to the menu, It took more than 30 seconds to menu to appear (while I cannot move, but the World continues, so its not frozen). All my friends in the server have the same problem... why? Its a GUI delay problem.

* My general PC specs: Windows 10 pro 64 bits. Intel i7-6700, motherboard GA-Z170X-Gaming 3, 16Gb ram DDR4, AMD Radeon 580 8Gb, SSD 840 EVO 500Gb.
