[0.7.1.2A8E89] Barbarians seem to only drop top left map piece

I have gotten 9 top left map pieces and 3 full treasure maps off of 35 barbarians. Seems unlikely that I happened to get only top left, there may be a problem with the loot table.

I thought the same thing I had 20 something. Then I read it and realised that they're just map pieces now, and 4 combine into a random treasure map.
