Server not listed

I am running a dedicated server. Next day people cannot find the server in the list.
When i start my client on local network, the server is listed for me, but not for others.
I see that my ip has changed over night, so if i give my players the new ip, they now can join again.
Why even after i restart the dedicated server its not listed ?

The MP and server side of Medieval Engineers was never stabalised and therefore, never worked properly.
I'd give up and just play solo.
