My weapons rack only holds one item

I need a little help my weapons rack for some reason only holds one item and I am not sure why. I wonder if a mod is effecting it but not sure can you help?

as usual you are right my friend it has to be a mob now I have to figure out which one
it works in creative so it has to be one of my recent mods so I have to slowly and methodically go back and see whaich one is effecting my game thanks so much you guys rock!

Try creating a new world with no mods and test it there to confirm.
