[0.6.4.83E0F8] Can't Close Chat When HUD Is Toggled Off

Howdy!
When you open the chat (Enter) while you have your HUD toggeld off, you can't exit the chat with Enter again, but only with ESC, which is quite confusing.
STR:
- Toggle off your HUD (Tab)
- Open chat (Enter)
- Try to close chat again with Enter
- Be stuck in chat, unless you press ESC
