[0.7.1] Crop Production and Stick Fence

Crop Production wants me to craft Stick Fence, but it isn't unlocked for me to do so.

I have the same bug

This bug killed the game for me for the past 2 months and still not fixed... I am losing interest in continuing my world, and I am 100% sure I won't start a new one after the bug is fixed if it takes too long...
