Your screenshot is 0.6.4 and you mention the public test. Are you trying to load a 0.7 world in 0.6.4?

I have the same in my old world. Except I have some building features spinning around in the empty dark space. I can move around and kind of see where my castle should be from the outline of the remaining building blocks.
It happens when you open a 0.6.4 world in 0.7. No problem before the update.
I used a lot of mods, but the problem persists even if I remove all the mods.
