This site doesn't allow the TAB key to be used to move between controls

Won't Fix

As the topic says.

I can't type in a text field, then press TAB to move to the next field.

This happens in the login screen (preventing KeePass from Auto-typing), and in the issue reporting screen, as an example. It's not allowed anywhere.

In the US this is an accessibility issue, probably in the EU as well, legally speaking.

Hmm, it seems at least partly an issue on my end. I'm on a different machine, and TAB is at least not ignored anymore, and on the login screen it works. Though not all places can I see where the focus moves.

This seems to be a bug or missing functionality in the software. I recommend reporting it to UseResponse

It may be, but the legal implications for Accessibility issues are on the owner of the hosted site, not the author of the installed software. Therefore Keen should be taking it up with UseResponse....

The only reason I bring it up is my employer got hit with a bunch of ADA lawsuits and now I have to check accessibility guidelines and test every thing I add to the sites I develop at work..... We were also required by the court to ensure any 3rd party software also met the guidelines we stated we would use. http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG/ level AA in our case.

Those are recommended guidelines. While we will certainly strive to improve our site there is no legal requirement for us to follow these recommendations. This website is provided as a courtesy to our customers and, while it falls under privacy guidelines (GDPR implementation pending), we are under no requirement to support accessibility features that we are aware of at this time. Your issues seem to stem from your company's statement that it would follow the W3 recommendations. The only published service policy that we have is our privacy policy available at http://mirror.keenswh.com/policy/KSWH_Privacy_Policy.pdf

If we are failing to meet our own policy please feel free to point out where we are falling short. If you can point to some law that we are not following then I will be happy to forward it to our legal department to determine how it applies to our company and digital presences.
