I have this issue for the forums, that is https://forums.keenswh.com/


It's a gmail address, but the confirmation email never arrives, not even after trying to resend the email.

Yeah I'm having the same issue I've attempted to resend the confirmation email over multiple days I'm only posting here so that it might get seen although Keen Software House seems to have terrible customer service and support

Yep, same issue. It's going on two weeks for mine, now, and the same for a password reset request. Get your stuff together, KEEN! My confirmation is for a yahoo address, but the password reset is for a gmail.

Same issue! It's been months. KEEN needs to fix their forums!

Same here for forum, also gmail. It's not even in spam folder, so I'd guess spf records or from field are broken.

I was able to reset my pass, email for that quickly arrived just now, so maybe this has been fixed (gmail).

Community doesn't accept new feedback!
