Can't type negative values in any terminals.

It used to work a couple of months/years ago. But nowadays I can't type in any negativ numbers in the terminals.
Ex.:
Changing the lower limit to -35° on Hinges
If I go and type in -35° it results in 35°
I need to use the dpad/sliders to get close to but not exactly -35°.
