Toggle Fill/Auto in One slot

Currently, when assigning "Charge" (for batteries) or "Stockpile" (for gas tanks) to a cockpit toolbar slot, pressing the button engages that specific mode. However, pressing it a second time does not return the block to its normal state, making power and gas management clunky.
I request a smarter toggle behavior:
- 1st Press: Switches the Battery to "Charge" (or Tank to "Stockpile").
- 2nd Press: Automatically switches the block back to "Auto" mode.
This would save valuable toolbar slots, prevent accidental power shutdowns while piloting, and make managing ship systems much more fluid during survival gameplay.
IMPORTANT: Status Indicators and Toggle Feedback on Cockpit/Ship Toolbars Is Nessesary for that change.
