Control Panel Pain Points

The Grid Control Panel is much better than the SE1 panel, but still has it's own pain points.
- Hotbar assignment per control block, amazing but has usability issues.
- Every time you add something to the hotbar, it deselects the current control block, and since we have to scroll to that one, then keep the things we want in the view, it's pain.
Maybe instead of having to select the control block in the left list, we get a NEW selector at the top that is a list of all 'control' blocks (Hotbar support) that we can pick one to 'stick' with for this editing session.
- Grouping as folders is a 1000x better than SE1, and nested folders is awesome;
But they default to open which makes their use of organizing and de-cluttering the list more difficult.
But I think it would better if they defaulted to closed, and if we have options (Like code editors) to close all or open all
