trying to build a ship but too many blocks and R selection variants (when you can get R working it's not working most of the time.) missing, makes it is too frustrating to bother with. this update really is doing the opposite of what was intended/hyped.

They combined R with Mouse Scroll for blocks which have variants (+).
You select the Size of blocks like that by R = 2,5m, then Scrolling by mouse wheel to select Which of them you want.
Instead of 5 times R (0,5 A, 0,5 B, ..., 2,5m B) you use = One time R + one time scroll = 2,5m B
Same time, only one time Scroll back for 2,5 m A, instead of R R R R R R R R R R
