Preserve collapsed/expanded state of groups when the game is reloaded

Please make the game remembering the collapsed/expanded state of groups when the game is reloaded (save-load).
This is necessary both for groups of ship blocks and for groups of GPS markers.
Now game preserve collapsed/expanded state of groups only till reloading a game, next time you should again togle all your groups at every ship and GPS markers.
