Forward/Backward Dampeners not working (Reproduceable)

Hey Keen,

The Bug is essentially that the forward/backward dampeners dont react to the current velocity.

This Bug only appears after I enable an event, which sets a thrustoverride periodicly to 1 and then back to 0.01. For the exact events, please refer to the following Workshop-Ship.

Important to note: This bug fixes itself after a save-file restart!

I have a Video and the Ship from the Workshop attached.

To reproduce watch the video and workshop-ship provided.

Just noticed, i can even turn of the ship and it still flys upwards against gravity :D

If i turn of the dampeners gravity has an effect, if i reenable them gravity doesnt have an affect but stays at altered speed.
