Multi grid sensitive dampening

add a togglable setting to thrusters, to detect all attached grids net weight, and use that to determine dampening intensity. This should make it a bit easier to make multi grid ships, with more accurate dampening.

To clarify; this should be a something with negligible/minuscule performance impact, due it only needing minimal calc and tracking. Since most grids wouldn't even use the feature, and only player made multi grids. Which even then, only need to track one value intermittently per an applicable ship. The kind of thing that's easy to dump onto a low priority background task/thread.
