Inventory Automatic Shuffling of Containers is seriously annoying and mood breaking.

I go out on a mission. Travelling to and fro, I clean up a few unknown signals.

On return to base, I want to unload my loot in an organized way, keeping like components together. I open the inventory page wish the ship containers in one pane and the base containers in the other.

Dragging a stack from one side to the other, or simply combining stacks in different containers in either pane, to keep them tidy and organized.

Quite often, the target does not receive the target containers does not receive the moved stack, instead it gets shunted to the next available empty container, invariable one that is not currently displayed. It may be that I took my finger of the mouse button a fraction of a second to soon. Regardless of why, I find this to be a really bad way of handling the event.

Just as annoying is when I drop a stack into an empty contained and see it vanish. The reason I say annoying and mood breaking is that I am always thinking a few moves ahead. When the lists jump about I have to dump my list of planned moves and search for the container I am currently working with.

It is my opinion that when I move something into a container, that container MUST stay in view. I don't care if you feel it necessary to resort the list immediately (although I loathe and detest that choice), the target container MUST stay on screen.

My preference would be to ONLY sort the list of containers when the Inventory page is opened. If I want them resorted, I can close and reopen the Inventory screen. I suspect that this would be trivial to implement, requiring that the devs simply remove a few checks at end end of each item move event.
