Directionality to Thrusters

In SE1 when you placed Thrusters in the K (control menu) it used to list the directions.
This was nice because I could then group the reverse thrusters. In current setup. I have to place all the other directions and then go into the K menu and group them, and then place the reverse thrusters so i could tell which they are. All thrusters have same name and this is kinda a pain.
Please consider

Many problems could be solved by allowing devices to be renamed.
Even more problems could be easily solved if it were possible to specify which device a device should receive raw materials from and which device it should send products to.
