Instant crash when loading save

My game is instantly crashing when hitting "Continue"
I am running no over//underclock on my GPU.
No overheating issues.
Tried setting graphics to medium, v-sync on and not full screen with overlays turned off as many have previously suggested.
Cleared D3DSCache.
I am currently on the latest AMD drivers for my 9070 xt, the game worked on the previous version but i have not yet tried to revert to the old ones (something i would rather not have to do)
Tried repairing the latest Visual C++ redistibutable didn't help
Hope this can be fixed
