Adjust eye adaptation setting

From what I researched, I think the mechanic I am looking for is dynamic ambient light. The brightness of the game changes depending if the character is in the sun or not.

My issue is that the change in this setting is very quick and strong. I love the new lighting system when it comes to interiors and night times. I feel like during the day everything is too bright and shadows don't get to exist properly.

#1 - Inside my building and the light rays look amazing! Cinematic!

#2.1 - Staying inside but touching the light and the brightness shifts. Everything looks like you have studio lights shining behind you

#2.2 - No change in brightness when moving to gap. This light level seems perfect for the out doors.

#3 - Moving outside and everything gets washed over with light.

Note that the transition between #1, #2, and #3 happen within a second. This gets very jarring when you are moving around in a ship with a lot of natural light coming in.

Suggested changes:

  1. Adjust the transition to take longer. Maybe 5-10 seconds.
  2. Keep the interior light level from #1 up until the player steps outside (#3)
  3. Set the light level for #2 for the exterior (As seen in #2.2)
