LCD panels should be able to display Warhead countdown + Piston/Hinge values

Description: Please improve what information LCDs can show:
- Warhead Countdown LCDs should be able to display the remaining countdown time of a Warhead.
- Piston / Hinge values LCDs should be able to show: Current extension / distance of a Piston Current angle of a Hinge (or Rotor)
These were useful features in the first game and are still needed for status displays, timers, and automation setups.
Why this is useful: Players use LCDs a lot for monitoring systems. Being able to see warhead timers and mechanical block positions directly on screens would make building and monitoring much better.
