Suggestion: Toolbar on/off indicator.

I don't know if this was suggested already or if you guys have this plan already for future release. It will be possible to add an on/off indicator in the toolbar? Example: If I have a toolbar for engines if I pressed to turn the engines on or off that the toolbar have an indicator to show when is on or off or that the toolbar change color for example, green when on, red when off.
