Camera exposure seems to work backwards.

I'm not running raytracing so I'm not sure if it's different there, but the auto exposure (just like in SE1) seems to be inverted.

When flying my mining ship into the hole I've dug, where it is exceptionally dim, the exposure should increase to make things a little more visible. Instead everything gets darker even with lighting on my ship.

Going from a dark area into the sunlight everything should in theory look blown out before the exposure drops but the opposite happens, everything looks dim then gets brighter.

I've always been confused by this, especially since the stated purpose of the adaptive exposure way back in the day was to simulate the engineer's eyes adjusting to the light level, if I remember correctly.

I don't know about anyone else because I never heard anyone talk about it before but it always really bothered me haha.

It does get annoying in SE1 when the lighting does weird things like that... I recall a friend of mine used to set up LCDs on their stuff to mess with how it worked and make everything always lit as though lighting was good...
