i downloaded SE2 onto a hdd before moving it to an ssd for better performance, when i went to play it off the ssd the game would start in the small window but then have a small crash window appear seen in screen shot, i then tried to uninstall the game and redownload it but it gave the same issue when trying to play it after the fresh download, i started a world when i had it on the hdd but wasnt able to save before it froze, i also attached all the logs from the crashes

I have the same bug 
Hello Hudzin,
Please try to verify Game files through Steam and launch the Game again.
If that does not help, delete all the Game folders from your Steam folders and from the AppData folder and reinstall the Game:
