NPC Building Mission need little improvement.

Currently, when you complete the first part of the mission, you can still deconstruct what you are supposed to deliver to the NPC and successfully complete the mission anyway.
Furthermore, even after completing the mission, it remains possible—for a short window before the NPC's Base disappears—to reclaim the construction materials.
It should be great in the script to add more checks or, when it will be able, to affect réputation.
