Random friezes and staters

Hello, sometimes I get freezes, the picture starts to freeze and twitch, the frequency of occurrence and the cause are unknown, it happens randomly. I'm playing on a medium-high preset without rays. My system: Ryzen 5 5600x processor, RTX 4060 8gb graphics card, 64gb ddr4 3200 mhz ram, and an nvme2 ssd. According to the system resource monitoring, the load on the components is within the normal range: the processor is at 45%, the video card is at 80-95%, the video card's memory usage is 7 GB, and the SSD is at 20%. I have not identified any specific actions that can cause these freezes. During freezes, the icons in the inventory and grid stop loading.
