Bulk deliveries are not courier runs, they are by this naming extortion, a grind for license to craft something new.
Why not call them a crafting license tax or fee.
If I were to buy these items in the required quantities how much would a trade terminal charge me ?
If this a charitable donation then say it plainly and give me the alternative option of buying a crafting license from the trade terminal should I decline to take the mission.
The term bulk delivery smells like BS, please give these missions a better description or is the BS part of the lore ?
