Graphics settings - Allow changing of any setting to change preset to custom

As it is we must set the preset to Extreme before we set it to Custom to allow editing settings. This leaves all settings on their Extreme version.
It would be preferable to change any setting to change to custom, to avoid having to change every one back down to whatever setting it may have been on before.

if you click at the buttot that shows you current graphics preset, it will open a little menu where you can go to any preset from any preset, so even from medium to custom.
