Add text entry box for production orders, and implement Ctrl/Shift buttons from SE1

Limiting production to 100 items wastes time when big orders are needed.
Adding a text entry box to order specific amounts would be perfect.
In addition, using the shortcuts from SE1 to add 10, 100 and 1000 by using Ctrl and/or shift would be nice.
