where did all the options go

a few updates ago i could alter world setting like thruster damage and now its not in the settings and block options for blocks seem or at least feel missing like the cockpit why cant i set maximum flight speed in it like space engineers 1 it feels like building got better the all the building blocks got worse due to lack of customization
