Vallis Reach trade console had nothing

Docked at Vallis Reach and it was kind of interesting, the trade console had no money and no items for sale. Since I'm stuck here (see feedback about wind turbines) for a bit, I was pleased that it stocked itself after about a half hour. Just odd that it was empty for so long upon arriving.

I also reached Vallis Reach, and access to the trade terminal was also empty initially. However, when I went back to it over time, I could see both the money and items increasing over time. It was loading extremely slow. The attached videos show the terminal slowly gaining money and inventory over several minutes. Even now it is continuing to load.
I exited from the game and restarted without saving, and I was able to see the issue on the second run through. These videos are actually from the second round of running the game. It has been at least 10 minutes, and the money is still going up. (Second and third videos below are out of order time-wise.)
I haven't heard any ships landing, so maybe the station staff were on break?
BTW, if this isn't a bug, you might add a "Loading inventory..." message with maybe the three dots blinking on in sequence then off until it is done. That way players know to wait and come back later. (You could also sneak in some snarky messages if the player is just sitting there. "Loading inventory..." "Loading inventory..." "Don't you have something better to do?" "Loading inventory..." "Loading inventory..." "Is your ship on fire?" "Loading inventory..." "Loading inventory..." "Hydrogen fuel prices are increasing tomorrow, stock up now!" "Loading inventory..." "Loading inventory...")

This is a follow-up message to this issue. I arrived at Palatine Station and checked the Trade Terminal. The same slow load of iinventory occurred at that trade terminal as well. I can exist and reopen the screen to eventually see credits and items getting added.
The game crashed shortly after I checked the terminal. Logs are attached.
