Control individual or groups of hinges in control seat

Right now when you set up a hinge/rotor/piston for "control" on the control seat or cockpit toolbar it moves ALL hinges on the current grid and subgrids - making it somewhat useless if you only want to control certain parts with mouse click.
We should have the ability to set individual mechanisms or groups to specific toolbar slots for "control"
