Return small hydrogen tank 1x1x2 to SE2

Small hydrogen tanks (1x1x2) this is the basis for building missiles and small ships, now smallest tanks is 3x3x3 and this is too big tank for majority small missiles/rockets/torpedos/fighters, i think we need small hydrogen tanks (1x1x2) in se2

For that matter, I'd like to see the same for the small oxygen tank of the same form factor. Usually a small craft doesn't need much in the way of oxygen, but some for a shuttle could be a life saver. Having to rely on disposable oxygen refill bottles is kind of a pita and very limiting to long distance shuttles (unless you then carve out a large space for the non-airtight 'small' tank. (Non-airtight as in the block you can't use it as part of a sealed enclosure.)

The small hydrogen tank in SE1 is actually 1x2x2 and that one is a bit bulky for small missiles too, and I also think 1x1x2 is a better idea. Very much needed indeed.
