NPC refuelling/recharge ships

A vessel that can be called in to service ships that are in need of power/fuel assistance.
The vessel will charge a fee for the service, your credit account may go negative.
I like this feedback
Fees will be calculated on power/fuel transferred and distance of call out.
The further away you are from a NPCs Energy depot the longer the ship will take to rescue you.
Attacking a refuel/recharge vessel is a high crime.
Some refuel/recharge vessels will be pirates in disguise.

I didn't see this before, I like this idea. Perhaps even towing services. Space Triple A!
They could have missions for you also to get free refules once in a while 'hey go refuel this ship that's adrift out in Byblos.

HA, i am not putting myself in debt to a fuel ship! i will blast that thing to high hell to fuel up before i pay them my (currently useless) space bucks!
