Bring the Share Inertia Tensor option over to SE2

For those of you who don't know what this is, it's basically a setting for a world in SE1 that changes how subgrid movement affects a mother grid it's attached to.
Basically, it simplifies physics, enabling for crazy transforming contraptions that would otherwise drift, spin out of control, or even explode violently due to sheer gall of existing.
Bringing this specific world setting over to SE2 - especially given the Masters of Movement competition - would open the floodgates to builds that would otherwise be very limited in their movement or straight up impossible.
This includes all kinds of heavily transforming, reconfigurable vehicles, such as mechs of any kind or big complex VTOLs.

I'd wait and see if it is actually necessary. SE2 has an updated physics engine that is supposedly less susceptible to invoking Klang. The creations in the Masters of Movement competition should give Keen a pretty good idea of where they need to refine things. Only if that fails, go for "Share Inertia Tensor"
