Change the way Block variant keybinding is handled

I really like how SE2 handles MOST hotbar things now with the scrollwheel + (insert special character),

but one thing I find strange is that this doesnt apply to the "block variant (previous / next)".

For some reason this single action is split into 2 actions,

when no other similar thing was done with other keybindings, for example:

Partial copy - only has one action bound to scrollwheel which does both up and down,

Block projection distance- again one action bound to scrollwheel, both directions used for different outcomes,

Select adjacent Tile - this is the most obvious one, one key, 2 directions, 2 outcomes based of which way you scroll

And finally Select adjacent Toolbar - same thing, one keybind when bound to scroolwheel has 2 different outcomes based on if you scroll up or down

So why does the block variant keybinding get different treatment,

when all the other keybinds get either praise...

or are ignored because they dont need fixing. (As it should be ! )

So please Keen,

merge the 2 "block variant previous / next" keybindings into one and allow us to properly bind the scrollwheel to change the block variant.

This is a super easy change to implement.

Also while i was looking at the controls in SE2,

I found another instance of this "single action split into 2" with the keybind for snapping size.

Why cant we bind the scroolwheel to change the snapping size of grids,

it seems like a oversight to me because there is no reason to split them into 2 actions.
