Ability to save/load hotbar configurations for both the ship and space buddy

Okay, simple concept. I should be able to save off a hotbar config, ideally outside the game so that it can be changed/loaded based on what you're doing at the time.
Use cases:
1. I'm starting a new game, I have a hotbar config I'm used to from other games, I should be able to load that hotbar config from my old game so it's setup the same. Blocks in the new save I don't know how to build yet would be gray and unusuable until I learn them.
2. I'm building a ship, once done, I can save that hotbar config and clear/reset it for other tasks, but then if I need to repair the ship, I can reload that hotbar config and boom all the blocks from that build are back and ready in their familiar locations.
