Game is using only 2 of 6 physical cores, up to 5 after adding lunch options.

Hello. Game is using only 2 out of 6 physical cores by default. After adding -useallavailablecores in lunch parameters it is using all 12 during loading and max 5 during gameplay. This results in lower fps in the game. For comparison SE1 is using all of my 12 cores. I made some pics with MSI afterburner monitor. You can find them here or as attachment.
Here are the pictures with difrent settings and all the numbers i was able to show on screen:

Here You can see how the game is using the hardware better than in SE2
after adding the lunch parameter in SE2:
As You see it uses more at once but far from 100%. I only hit 100% of all cores after setting High preset in graphical settings. In other cases its more or less as You see on the screens.
