hand welder and grinder causes fps perf hit

Noticed when I was welding blocks and grinding them down that the frame rate takes a hit. Soon as I stopped either one game frame rates shot back up to normal but once I start either again the frame rate drops. Need to be addressed in the long run if you ask me.
