Blocks forgetting their rotations

Whenever building new ship in creative game mode and switching between different blocks, the previous blocks in toolbar are forgetting their direction and making me rotate them back to their own direction. In previous game this has never been an issue as the game was keeping the blocks' rotation properly. So whenever I'm switching between blocks, I do not waste my time rotating them seventy thousand times as in second game. There must be a feature for this otherwise building is more frustrating than enjoying for tedious player like myself.
NOTE: Auto rotation setting is already off.

We’re aware of the issue where block orientation isn’t consistently preserved when swapping between toolbar items, even with auto-rotation disabled. That’s not the intended behaviour, and it can definitely disrupt building flow in creative mode.
Fixes and improvements to block orientation persistence are currently being worked on.
